Privacy policy
How we handle your information.
Last updated 21 October 2026
This policy explains what information Altiora Capital Solution Private Limited (“Altiora”, “we”) handles through this website, dhana.app, and through the calls Dhana makes for the businesses that use it.
Who we are
dhana.app is run by Altiora Capital Solution Private Limited (CIN U63120KL2025PTC095578), 257/A8 Pallath Tower, North Kalamassery, Changampuzha Nagar, Kanayannur, Ernakulam 682033, Kerala. Dhana is our voice agent for banks, NBFCs and lenders.
This website
- It uses no advertising trackers. It measures visits with one analytics service, PostHog, described below, and it has no forms.
- Its fonts and images, and most of its code, are served from this website itself. Your browser contacts other companies only for our analytics and for “Try it yourself”, both described below.
- Like most websites, our hosting keeps access logs: the IP address, date and time, page requested and browser of each visit. We keep them for security and to keep the site running, store them in India, and delete them after 90 days.
- “Get started” and “Sign in” take you to console.dhana.app. What you tell us there, to apply for or use an account, is handled under the terms you accept there.
How we measure visits
- We use PostHog, an analytics service, to count visits and see how people use this website, so we can improve it. We do not use it for advertising.
- On every visit, your browser tells PostHog which pages you view and for how long. It also says how far you scroll, and which page sent you here. It sends basic details of your browser and device, such as their type, screen size, language and time zone. It notes when you play a sample call, and whether you hear it to the end. It notes when you start a “Try it yourself” call, and how long it lasts or why it fails. It also notes when you press a button to get started, sign in, contact us or read our API documentation. It notes where on the page that button was.
- Until you press Allow, PostHog tells visits apart with a code made from your IP address and browser details. That code changes every day, so PostHog cannot recognise you on another day. This way of counting stores nothing on your device.
- The first time you visit, we ask whether you allow more. If you press Allow, PostHog also receives what you click and where you move the mouse. It also records your visits: what the pages showed, and your mouse movements, clicks and scrolling. Recordings never show what you type. They can show that you made a “Try it yourself” call, but never what was said.
- If you press Allow, PostHog also keeps an identifier in a cookie and in your browser's storage. It uses it to recognise your later visits to this website. It stays until you choose No thanks or clear your browser's data. PostHog also estimates your location from your IP address, down to your city and postcode.
- Your browser keeps a note of your choice in local storage, so we do not ask again. To change it, use “Analytics settings” at the foot of any page. Choosing No thanks removes the identifier from your browser and stops the recording. What PostHog already has is deleted on the schedule below.
- We have set PostHog not to store your IP address. PostHog stores what it collects in the United States. It deletes recordings of your visits after 30 days, and everything else after one year.
- To run it, your browser may also download parts of PostHog's code from PostHog.
If you press “Try it yourself”
- The button starts a live call, in your browser, with a demo agent our team built. It runs on a separate demo system, not the platform Dhana's calls for businesses run on.
- Only once you press it and allow your microphone, your browser connects to the company that runs the demo agent, and the sound from your microphone is streamed to it for the call. On some browsers it also downloads a small piece of audio code from a public code-hosting service. That company processes the call, and keeps its text, outside India.
- The call is not recorded. The text of what was said, with the call's time and length, is kept for 30 days so we can check the demo works, and is then deleted.
- You play a made-up borrower, Rahul, so there is no need to share anything about yourself.
- Each call lasts up to 2 minutes, and there is a daily limit. To keep to it, your browser stores how many demo calls it made today and when the last one started. This record stays on your device until you clear your browser's data, and is never sent to us.
If you write to us
If you email support@dhana.app, we use your address and message to reply and to deal with what you asked.
Calls Dhana makes for businesses
- Dhana calls people on behalf of the banks, NBFCs, lenders and lending marketplaces that use it. The business that called you decides why your information is used and is responsible for it. We handle it for that business, under our agreement with them.
- A business can have Dhana call you only once it has told us you consented to the call and to its recording.
- When the agent records on a call that you asked not to be called again, your number is added to that business's suppression list, which every one of its campaigns checks before it dials.
- Calls are recorded and transcribed. The platform runs in India, and recordings and transcripts are stored in India. While a business uses Dhana, we keep a recording for 90 days and a transcript for 180 days, unless the law or the business's agreement requires longer; backup copies of recordings expire within a further 90 days.
- Our voice-technology provider, which places the calls and produces the transcripts, processes them inside India and keeps its own copy under its own arrangements.
- To ask about the information held about you, contact the business that called you. You can also write tosupport@dhana.app, and we will pass your request to that business.
Who can see it
Call records are available to the business's authorised users, and to our staff only where they need them to run the service. A recording is served only to the business's signed-in users with permission, or to its own systems using its API key, and every retrieval is logged. We do not sell personal information.
Grievances
If you are not satisfied with how a concern has been handled, write to the Grievance Officer, Altiora Capital Solution Private Limited, at the address above or at support@dhana.app, marking your message for the Grievance Officer's attention. We aim to acknowledge a grievance within three working days and to resolve it within thirty days.
